New Shire Wide Local Environment Plan (LEP)

For information about the New Shire Wide Local Environmental Plan (LEP) and Associated Development Control Plan (DCP) click here. There is an information session on 24 November at the Appin Communit Hall at 7pm to 8pm and a Kiosk from 2pm to 6.30pm at Appin Community Office for BHP Billiton on 24 November.
