Community Forum and Ordinary Meeting of Council Dates

Community Forums will be held in the Council Foyer, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton on the following dates and times:-
- Monday, 12 October 2009 - 6.30pm
- Monday, 9 November 2009 - 6.30pm
- Monday, 14 December 2009 - 6.30pm
The Ordinary Meeting of Council will be held in the Council Chambers, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton on the following dates and times:
- Monday, 19 October 2009 - 6.30pm
- Monday, 16 November 2009 - 6.30pm
- Monday, 21 December 2009 - 6.30pm
Business papers are available from the Council Customer Service counter from 8am on the Friday 10 days prior to the Community Forum.
The Record of Proceedings and Minutes documents are also available from the Customer Service counter from 8am on the Friday following the Forum or Meeting and Council’s website - Click here to download these documents.
