A Development Application has been received by Wollondilly Shire Council for the use of the following land: Property: Lot 1 DP 881445 Location: 40 Thurns Road, Razorback For the Purpose of: Staged Nine (9) Lot Torrens Title Subdivision Applicant: Lean & Hayward Pty Ltd Consent Authority: Wollondilly Shire Council The Development Application is an Integrated Development under Section 91 of the Act. Approval for the proposed development is required from NSW Rural Fire Service under the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act, 1979 in respect to a Bushfire Safety Authority under the Rural Fires. The application and plans relating to the proposal may be inspected at Council's Offices, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton, between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday (public holidays excepted) for 15 days commencing 4 November 2009. Any person may make a wirtten submission in relation to the Development Application. Submissions will be received until 4pm on 19 November 2009. Any written submission may become a public document.
