Public Exhibition of Complaints Handling Policy

Wollondilly Shire Council is exhibiting the Complaints Handling Policy as required by the Local Government Act (1993).

Public Exhibition

The Complaints Handling Policy will be on public exhibition from Friday 30 October 2009 to Friday 27 November 2009 and can be viewed during the exhibition period at:

(i) Council’s Administration Centre, 62-64 Menangle Street, Picton between the hours 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday; and
(ii) Wollondilly Shire Library, 42 Menangle Street, Picton - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10am to 5pm, Thursday 10am to 6pm and Saturdays 9am to 12 noon; and
(iii) Wollondilly Shire Council’s website www.wollondilly.nsw.gov.au

Submissions

Written submissions must be addressed to the General Manager, C/- Administrative Services, Wollondilly Shire Council, PO Box 21, Picton NSW 2571.

Submissions close at 4pm on Friday 11 December 2009 and should quote Council’s reference number TRIM 861#285. Further enquiries can be made to Council’s Administration Team Co-ordinator, Toni Spence on 4677 1107.

Privacy

Council may be required to release your written comments or submissions to an applicant under the Freedom of Information or Local Government Acts that impose obligations on us to release documents in certain circumstances.
