General Contact

Council Hours: Council is open Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm. After this time a 24-hour emergency answering service is available.

After Hours Service - 4677 1100TOP |

Council's after hours services consist of our After Hours Phone service. 24 hour Ranger callout is available in emergency situations only. Emergency situations include matters like dog attacks, livestock on roads, flooding and trees across roads.Callers may be referred to an appropriate external agency - for example, Sydney Water for Sewer blockages. For more routine matters you may leave a message for a response during business hours. Dial 4677 1100, then follow the prompts to the appropriate area.
