Frog Day at Wirrimbirra

Type: Other Event
Date: 08 Nov 2009
Location: Wirrimbirra Sanctuary
Time: 10:00 to 15:00
WWW address: http://www.wollondilly.nsw.gov.au

Frogs are extremely cute little creatures that help keep insect numbers under control. Sadly, frog populations are declining rapidly due to pollution and loss of habitat. Learning all you can about frogs and their huge significance to the environment will help these fascinating little animals survive.

Australian Wildlife Displays will present frog shows throughout the day, with plenty of hands-on oppurtunities for young and old. Look for frog-friendly plants in the Native Nursrey and find out how to attract frogs to your garden.
