What is the difference between a management plan and a plan of management?

A Management Plan is Council's annual plan of proposed work for the year along with the proposed income and expenditure required.

A plan of management is a long-term plan detailing how Council proposes to manage and, if appropriate, further develop one or more of its community lands (generally parks, sportsgrounds, community facilities or other "reserves".
